Randal Wells is the Founder and Managing Director of Welldev Group Pty Ltd (Welldev). His personal mantra, and that of Welldev is: Your value is the sum of the decisions you make and the actions you take. The mantra holds true for businesses, the teams forming those businesses, and the individuals forming those teams.

 

In his quest to cut through complexity, Randal developed the PQRST And U 'recipe' for making decisions and taking action. He is the author of Simple as PQRST And U: Your recipe for adding value by making decisions and taking action.

Randal's diverse and extensive international experience supported by tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, commerce, and business administration. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), and an alumnus of Leadership WA. 

 

Through establishing and running companies, and having held senior executive positions at NYSE, ASX, and JSE listed companies, Randal has a unique breadth and depth of understanding of what makes businesses successful.

Welldev originated in 2005 when Randal founded Welldev Properties as a property development management and investment company.
